Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for incorrect purchases or change of mind on any of our products (Furniture, Art, Lighting, or Homewares) unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Refunds will not be provided for items affected by shipping delays. We recommend placing orders in advance to accommodate any unforeseen delays. If your item does not arrive on time, a credit note can be issued to your account. Please note that any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

We want you to be happy with your item and offer a credit note or exchange for incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind.
If you wish to exchange an item purchased online, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your item at hello@folkstudiodesign.
Shipping for both returns and exchange is at the expense of the customer. The customer must arrange their own return shipping. Folk Studio can advise couriers for shipping of fragile and large items including furniture but the customer is responsible for the return of the item/s in a safe and timely manner.
Returned item/s must be unused, unworn and in perfect condition with original tags and packaging intact. Folk Studio will not accept your exchange if we consider the item/s used or damaged.
We do not hold items for exchange. If the item you were hoping to exchange for is no longer available at the time of processing, a credit note will be issued.
There will be no exchange or refund on Artwork. There will be no exchange or refund on special or custom orders.

Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns or exchanges on special orders, custom, or made-to-order items.
Special orders and custom items include any products sourced from a supplier or made specifically to order, such as custom length wine racks.

All items are thoroughly quality-checked by our team prior to dispatch. However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@folkstudiodesign.com within 72 hours of receipt. Be sure to include your order number, photographic evidence of the damage (including packaging and the item), along with a brief description.
Folk Studio may request additional information or images for further assessment.
Please note that normal wear and tear from everyday use is not classified as a manufacturing fault. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for products that, in our reasonable opinion, have deteriorated due to fair wear and tear, misuse, environmental factors, improper use, or failure to follow the manufacturer's care instructions.

Folk Studio's standard refund policy applies to pre-order items. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or shipping delays. However, we may offer an exchange or credit note at our discretion, prior to the arrival of your pre-order.
Estimated delivery times (ETA) provided by Folk Studio are given to the best of our ability. Please note that delays in the delivery of pre-orders do not constitute a breach of contract. Folk Studio does not accept cancellations or issue refunds solely due to delays in the estimated delivery timeframe (ETA).
Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to changes in shipping schedules, carrier delays, natural disasters, or shortages in raw materials.
